Inside the FBI’s Inauguration Ops Center

Here’s a great video of how the FBI managed the security for the 2017 inauguration.  This was the Federal Government’s Command and

Operations center, “nerve center” on inauguration day.

Paul Abbate, Assistant director in charge of the Washington field office said,

On inauguration day in and around the event this room will be filled with people sharing information, and intelligence and everything else.

The biggest concern we is really the unknown.  Of course terrorism, the threat of terrorism, is very high on our radar and we’ve seen a number of incidents occur both here and around the world, and that’s our biggest concern, that’s what we’re always on the lookout for.
